This is a program for tech leaders led by social innovators to close the gender equity gap. We know what it's like to fill out a form like this, and we're not here to judge you or place value on your incredible work. We're looking for honesty and authenticity over perfection.

We are also using this as an opportunity to better understand the needs of the sector at large so that we can better support the mission to transform Miami’s tech landscape to support historically marginalized groups. Many people who have not been selected for our programs have gone on to become close partners and friends.

Everything you share here will remain confidential. Your responses will only be seen by the GET Champions and Radical Partners leadership teams. I have worked with my current employer, an established technology or technology-run company, for more than two years.

I operate in a leadership position with authority to hire, retain, promote, and sponsor women, trans, and non-binary tech professionals in my company.

I have gained my CEO’s backing in support of my participation and implementation of learned strategies.

I have the liberty to share data on the gender and gender identity demographics of my company’s employees to gauge current diversity levels.

I am committed to hiring diverse talent as a result of shifting my own perspectives to strengthen the culture of inclusion within my company to create a welcoming environment for women, trans, and non-binary tech professionals.

I am looking to challenge my biases and gain opportunities to meaningfully connect with like- minded leaders, which means I will actively engage with the program’s initiatives, including group workshops, coaching, mentorship, and a Talent Connect event.
